Scope
As the scope of TEKFEN Tekfen Manufacturing Ceyhan Facility, Flare and Knock-out Drums module, P63 FPSO Platforms to be installed at Papa Terra Offshore Oil Fields in Brazil, have been fabricated. In addition, fabrications of Flare and Knock-out Drums module, The procurement, fabrication, assembly of steel structure and fully installation of equipment, piping, pumping and instrumentation systems of Chemical Injection Process Module for Submersible Platform Papa Terra Offshore Oil Fields have been performed. Deck segments fabricated in Tekfen Manufacturing Ceyhan Facility, have been transported to Iskenderun Port by means of special vehicles, and their assembly have been performed over there at the port. Flare and Knock-out Drums module has been fabricated and handed over to customer within the scheduled time. The Weight of the completed module 620 tons. Dimensions of the module was; L: 14,4 x W: 14,3 x H: 8,4 m, and the weight was 130 tons.
