Scope
As the scope of TEKFEN Tekfen Manufacturing Ceyhan Facility, structural steels of process modules, Flare Towers, Helideck, Pipe Racks, Spreader Bar and other structures for P58 & P62 FPSO Platforms to be installed at Parque das Baleias and Roncador Offshore Oil Fields in Brazil have been fabricated. In addition, fabrications of process modules for P58 & P62 FPSO at Santos Basin have been performed. Deck segments, Flare Tower steel structures and pipe spool fabricated in Tekfen Manufacturing Ceyhan Facility, have been transported to Iskenderun Port by means of special vehicles, and their assembly have been performed over there at the port. Totally, Process Modules of 6,200 tons in weight have been fabricated and 2 Flare Towers totally 300 tons each, works handed over to customer within the scheduled time. The Weight of the completed process modules changes between 150 and 400 tons. Dimensions of the biggest module was; W: 27 x L: 22 x H: 2 m, and the weight was 400 tons.
