Scope
As the scope of TEKFEN Tekfen Manufacturing Ceyhan Facility, structural steels of Process Modules, Main & Riser Pipe Rack, Flare Tower and pipe spools for P76 FPSO Platforms to be installed at Santos Basin Pre-salt Area off-shore, Franco Sul Field in Brazil, have been fabricated. In addition, fabrications of process modules for P76 FPSO at Santos Basin have been performed. Deck segments, Pipe Racks, Flare Tower steel structures and pipe spool fabricated in Tekfen Manufacturing Ceyhan Facility, have been transported to Iskenderun Port by means of special vehicles, and their assembly have been performed over there at the port. Totally, 17 Process Modules, Main & Riser Pipe Racks and Flare Tower of 8.500 tons in weight have been fabricated and 180,000 WDI Duplex / Super Duplex, SS, LTCS, Cu/Ni and CS piping works handed over to customer within the scheduled time. The Weight of the completed process modules changes between 150 and 560 tons. Dimensions of the biggest module was; W: 29 x L: 22 x H: 2 m, and the weight was 560 tons.
